On the 10th day of my 21 day fast
I Have to continue at another space and time due to a cold that is slowly kicking me in my throat. It was a blessed journey. I am ever grateful to the oneness. In the supreme light of love, be blessed.

day 7 of my 21 day liquid fast/ancient egyptian proverbs
Peace and blessings beautiful people, my fast is going great. I have a great deal of energy and my spirit is on high. In 7 days I've lost 9 pounds. To great news just came through the wire from one of my Baba's. Give thanks, all praise due Jah.

Day 4 out of 21... fasting is humbling

15 minutes before my 3rd day of my 21 day liquid fast
32 Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way. 33 And his disciples say unto him, Whence should we have so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude? 34 And Jesus saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven, and a few little fishes. 35 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. 36 And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. 37 And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets full. 38 And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside women and children.
Day 2 of my 21 day liquid fast
Today I am taking it slow... I can feel it already. Slight headach and stomach rumbling on a 100,000...lol give thanks for the srength of the great one. Video updates soon

I will not fail.
At Chili's with my son watching him smash his food. He know Im fasting and he was on his, "dad can you please take me to Chili's" jawn... Lol. This cold glass of ice water will do...lol. Lion heart faithful to the process.
